Identity verification

Technicians work in customers’ homes and businesses. Your identity must be verified before your account can be activated.

Ghana Card privacy: Do not upload or send a photo, scan or photocopy of your Ghana Card. Real Tech collects only your Ghana Card PIN at this stage for the future official NIA verification workflow. Upload only your current selfie.

Enter the Ghana Card PIN only. Do not upload or send a picture of the card. Official verification will later use the NIA IVSP.

Face the camera directly in good light. No sunglasses, masks or filters. Maximum 5 MB.

Guarantor details

Your guarantor must know you personally, agree to be contacted and be able to confirm your identity and responsibility.

Read this carefully. This declaration becomes part of your workforce verification record.

Real Tech Technician Responsibility & Property Pledge

I declare that the information, selfie and identity details I have provided are genuine and belong to me. I authorize Real Tech Electricals & Home Appliances to verify my identity and to contact my guarantor for verification. I accept responsibility for company or customer property entrusted to me. If theft, unlawful retention, loss through negligence, or damage is attributable to me, I understand that I and my guarantor may be held responsible subject to investigation, the guarantor’s confirmed undertaking, my service or employment terms, and applicable Ghanaian law. I will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation and return all property entrusted to me when required.

Your typed name, date/time, IP address and browser information are recorded with the declaration.

Verification required before activation. Technician accounts are created as pending. A Real Tech administrator must review the documents and confirm the guarantor before the account becomes active for field work.
